Title: Salesforce CPQ Developer - Steelbricks Duration: 1 Year + Location: Campbell, California Job Description POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : The CPQ Developer is a client-facing role that requires consulting expertise, Salesforce Steelbricks configuration expertise, business analysis skills, and strong communication skills. The Salesforce CPQ Consultant has responsibilities across the entire project lifecycle including; requirements gathering, solutioning, configuration, documentation, functional testing, and knowledge transfer. The Cloud Consultants needs to understand the business process and possess a broad knowledge of Salesforce Steelbricks CPQ functionality, , and best practices in order to advise on how to fulfil requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem. . . Responsibilities:. - Work on projects focused on Salesforce CPQ . - Document and analyze required information and data. - Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations. - Communicate project status to management, and elevate project concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors. - Elicit Functional Requirements through various communication channels, including face-to-face. - Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications, business process flow design, and recommendations on scope. - Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions. - Design and Develop code for the realisation of required functionality. - Successfully complete systems configuration. . Required Skills:. . - Skilled with technologies such as, Salesforce Steelbricks CPQ Cloud, with experience in quoting process, pricing bundles and workflows - . Prior experience with the configuration & implementation of Salesforce CPQ. - . Firm understanding of Salesforce best practices. - . Experience with Salesforce configuration: creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities - Advanced knowledge and hands on configuration experience (Workflows, Flow, Process Builders. - Trained or experience with Salesforce Eeinstien (preferred) . - Accountable for certain project deliverables and documents to be presented to client. - Ensure deliverables meet technical requirements as well as client expectations. - Demonstrate understanding of how various issues effect the overall outcome of projects. - Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients and consistently deliver high-quality services. - Help to ensure project(s) achieve their intended results. Bring forward recommendations on projects to achieve even greater results. - Track and report project status to client and internal delivery and management teams. - Prioritize multiple tasks effectively
