Job Title: Salesforce CPQ BA
Duration: 12 months
Job Description:
This position will analyze the existing ecosystem and provide BA responsibilities in enhancing CPQ. This position provides process impact review, systems impact, and functional analysis with the functional business team utilizing the Apttus CPQ tool. The Business Analyst role requires understanding and implementation of CPQ best business practices to improve the overall CPQ experience for the business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• 8 + years of Experience in Quote to Cash
• Experience in Apttus/Salesforce CPQ Business Analysis and Salesforce development
• Customer facing experience as onsite techno-functional roles on at least two medium to large scale full-lifecycle CPQ implementations, with good expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service clouds
• Strong functional knowledge of Quote-To-Cash, Configuration, Product catalog/modeling, Pricing and Quoting functionality
• Strong functional knowledge and experience in Asset based Ordering .
• Experience in Salesforce development- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning
• Certifications is a plus – Apttus CPQ /Salesforce
• Ability to do configuration of the modules per business requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment
• Jira Agile tool experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Additional Responsibilities:
• The BA role will consult, educate, facilitate and communicate knowledge and application of system tools/processes to all the functional business stakeholders and the Apttus CPQ tool implementation.
• This role requires the Business Analyst to analyze, organize and document all changes related to the CPQ rollout including, user stories, process flows, use cases, impact analysis, gap analysis, risks, and assumptions.
• The role requires strong collaboration and interpersonal skills across the Information Services teams in the organization. This includes functional and technical teams across on-site and off-shore partners to deliver knowledge transfer of requirements and functional design.
• The Business Analyst will collaborate with Systems Architects and Development Teams in creating functional specifications and present Proof of Concept / Conference Room Pilot to the business stakeholders with proposed solutions generated from the System Architects.
• The Business Analyst may develop and execute testing and remediate issues identified during test cycles. They will manage and drive to completion the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the CPQ changes, and coordinate defect resolution. This includes pre-meetings to develop and approve testing scripts with the Business Stakeholders and offshore teams.
• The Business Analyst will participate in the deployment planning and final production deployment of the solutions and support users in any post deployment issue
