Role : Salesforce Consultant
Need to have the overall experience with minimum of 9+ years and having hands on experience in full life cycle implementation in Salesforce and also in the managed servicesStrong in integrations using the SOAP and REST API with the different ERP systemsImplementation experience in Salescloud/Service Cloud and Salesforce CPQ and good to have the knowledge on Field Service LightningAble to work on the incidents or enhancements and debug the issues and provide the fixes as per SLAs and providing the effective solutions including the optimizing the codeHands on experience in lightning using Aura and good to have the LWCTechnical guidance to the team and able to work in onsite and offshore modelShould be able to do the deployments using ANT/Jenkins and experience in committing the code to code repo like bit bucketAble to effectively coordinate with the offshore team and also with the customerShould be able to manage the customer and also internal stakeholders and provide the status reports to all the stake holdersExperience working with Servicenow and ensuring there are no SLA breaches as per the requirements
