Position: Salesforce Business Manager/Product Owner

Location: Chicago, IL

Job Description:  

·        Expertise in Pharma domain, working as Product owner, Business Consultant

·        Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements

·        Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on

·        Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product

·        Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities

·        Has Forecasting and visionary approach

·        Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

·        Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

·        Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI

·        Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new   functionalities

·        Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

·        Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product

·        Follow our competitors and the industry

·        Identify gaps, improve overall drug launch process

·        Ability to work and liaise with cross-functional teams

·        Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

·        Familiarity with business management software such as CRM and ERP

·        Plan, organize and manage business projects for clients

·        Based on clients' requirements, work on projects

·        Communicate with and meet with clients when needed

·        Perform initial assessments for each client before the project begins

·        Collect as much information about the client's business as possible

·        Understand clients' needs and wants

·        Perform research using shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports, etc.

·        Constantly recommend solutions for improvement

·        Develop detailed business plans

·        Determine the project's KPIs

·        Track KPIs and prepare reports

·        Great communication and interpersonal skills

·        Knowledge of diverse business areas and fields such as IT, Marketing, HR, etc.

·        Having working experience on Salesforce platform , Health cloud is preferred

·        Analytical skills to study business models and detect challenges

·        Should have strong communication skills to make effective business presentations and interpersonal skills to maintain positive working relationships with clients and staff members.

 

Providing Support :

·        Support of pharmaceutical business consultants to establish and run profitable businesses

·        Help design effective social media techniques to build the company’s Web portfolio, secure relevant operating licenses from the state's pharmacy board and develop job descriptions for pharmacists and other workers.
