Position: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Tallahassee, Florida.
Duration: 12 Months.
Experience: Mid Level Experience

Business analyst experience (5+ years);
Salesforce experience (3+ years);
Experience in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook;
Experience with state government projects;
Experience working with databases and analyzing data to help formulate system or reporting requirements or test new functionality (required);
Experience in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL);
Experience with testing software and designing business systems;
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements;
Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications;
Provide detailed analysis of business processes and best practices;
Assist with managing the day-to-day details of all tasks, including the plan, schedule, resources, scope, budget, and risks;
Complete cost/benefit analysis where required;
Support and contribute to functional and user testing.
