Position: Salesforce Business Analyst with Vlocity

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Duration: Contract

Interview: Phone and Skype

Description:
Must have : Excellent communication skills, vlocity experience and Healthcare insurance experience

Looking for a technical Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) working to solicit requirements from Health Plans team, ensuring Salesforce solutions meet Health Plans'' needs
Position will start in April timeframe for a six month contract (with possibility of extension)
Work will be focused with our Health Plans team, working on enhancing our current Salesforce/Vlocity implementation

Scope of work:
Working to automate the Group Implementation workflow - the process from when a plan is sold (when broker completes the application, final census submitted - processing the members)
Work focused on making improvements to the flow - today, it is manual in Vlocity
Automate integrations with outside applications (such as the electronic eligibility files)
Work needs to be completed by October 1, 2021


REQUIRED:
Strong communication skills
Salesforce BA experience
Salesforce Admin Cert
Prior experience with Vlocity and Healthcare insurance

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Duration: Contract

Interview: Phone and Skype
Must have : Excellent communication skills, healthcare insurance experience and call centre expereince

Looking for a technical Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) working to solicit requirements from Health Plans team, ensuring Salesforce solutions meet Health Plans'' needs
Position will start in April timeframe for a six month contract (with possibility of extension)
Work will be focused with our Health Plans team, working on enhancing our current Salesforce/Vlocity implementation
Scope of work:
Working to set up centralized call center solution, integrating 11 applications used by customer service representatives
Early stage work will include Classic to Lightning components (currently using a hybrid approach, but need to get everything to Lightning)
Experience setting up (or working in Call Centers) Salesforce Call Center solutions is strongly preferred
Salesforce automation and OmniChannel experience preferred
Other areas of note:
Work leveraging Service Cloud, with potential discovery work using HealthCloud
Working towards 360 view of member
Integration experience, connecting application using APIs will be helpful
Email to Case / Text from Salesforce / Chat feature may be in scope
Telephony to Salesforce integration experience (currently have Cisco - vendor may change in the future)
