Job Description :

Position: Salesforce Service Cloud Subject Matter Expert

Location:  Eagan, MN

Duration:  Long Term


Should have worked in marketing, ecommerce, retail business

Should have worked intensely in Salesforce Service Cloud  as part of his Business analyst role

Should be  able to able to deep dive at an hands on level to be able to collaborate with the technical team

Should have experience working Transformation projects in a global working environment

Should understand the end to end project context – BRD to deployment/releases in an Agile environment   with standup meetings, releases etc.

Be able to work with Business/product owners on the one hand and the developers on the other seamlessly

Should have familiarity with the landscape that has  SAP,  Salesforce products along with surrounding  products like Apttus,  AEM, Elequa  etc,  and should be familiar with  how these technologies  manifest in a landscape.

Experience levels  : Total experience 10 to 13 years – Business analyst experience 7 to 10 years

Exposure to agile methodology

Maturity and communication skills paramount.
