CRM domain/process knowledge.
Salesforce functional knowledge. Working knowledge of subscription management applications, e.g. Zuora Collect Suite
Knowledgeable in the SaaS subscription sector
Requirements analysis & Analytical thinking
Visio (Process Flows/Flowcharts)
Write BRD/User Stories
Working with our SFDC Dev Business Analyst, assist with Requirements Session data capture and post-call translation of gathered requirements into pre-design technical documentation.
Translate To-Be Designs into Business Process Workflows (leveraging Visio and Business Owners SME)
