Job Description :

· They are implementing Service Cloud across the company, ex:

o Internal Chat

o Website Chat

o Email cases

o Phone calls, etc.

o Case queues

o Email routing



· This person will be tasked with gathering the business requirements and also being able to get hands-on (no development)

o at least 4 years of experience with Salesforce
o automation experience

o Need to have been part of a from scratch Service Cloud implementation - not simply support

o Startup/small company experience

o Process Builder, Visual Flows, Workflow formula experience

o Lightning Flow experience

o Knowledge of Data relationships in salesforce

o Setting up reporting/dashboards

o Salesforce Admin cert required - Service Cloud Certification a plus
