Job Title: Salesforce ArchitectExperience : 20+ YearsLocation: Sacramento, California (Hybrid 2 days onsite per week)Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple business units. Define and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles. Oversee integration of Salesforce with external systems (ERP, Marketing, Data Warehouses, etc. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of Salesforce applications. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and ecosystem advancements. Mentor and guide developers, admins, and junior architects.Required Skills & Qualifications 20+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 15 + years in Salesforce ecosystem. Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect on large-scale enterprise implementations. Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and integration patterns. Experience with CI/CD tools, Salesforce DevOps, and Agile methodologies. Salesforce certifications preferred Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/System Architect. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds or Marketing Cloud. Prior experience working in complex, multi-cloud environments. Knowledge of modern integration technologies (MuleSoft, REST, SOAP, KafkaWork Arrangement Hybrid Model: 2 days onsite per week in Sacramento, California, remaining remote.
