"The role on the clinical engagement console will give resources the opportunity to build solutions that help enable our service platform users to better serve our members. The engagement console is a tenant on the Enterprise Service Platform hosted on SalesForce. The position offers opportunities working to build a wide array of capabilities."

Required Skills:

  • Must demonstrate a deep knowledge of architectural principles and describe the employment of those on several projects
  • Demonstrates architecture experience producing end-to-end solution models rapidly with focus on non-functional requirements
  • Experience with API's and real time integrations
  • Experience with systems integration and platform integration
  • Adept at requirements analysis, estimation, systems and application design
  • Excellent collaboration, influencing, and consensus-building skills. Ability to work with persons in all job functions (e.g. product, development).
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision. Self-directed
  • A great team player, with demonstrable experience delivering superior software products via Agile methodologies
  • Well versed with communicating complex technical details to business and non-technical stakeholders
  • Should be able to understand and communicate business value of architecture solutions.
  • Experience defining the architecture to support security/access controls/user provisioning requirements
  • Experience working with cloud/multi-tenant applications

Desired Skills

  1. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  2. Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodology
  3. Experience working in Health Care domain
