Requirements:
Experience with solutions architecture for enterprise-wide applications (5+ years);
Experience architecting Salesforce solutions (5+ years);
Experience defining and delivering custom Salesforce enterprise applications in a technical and/or functional leadership role;
Requires advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications systems design and integration;
Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies and master data management;
Experience leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success stories in the following domains: development and release management strategies, change management;
Experience with Salesforce and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs;
Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes via technology and integration;
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (required);
Certified Salesforce Application Architect (preferred);
Certified Salesforce Data Architecture and Management Designer (preferred);
Certified Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Designer (preferred);
Certified Salesforce Administrator (preferred);
Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (preferred);
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program / project strategies on enabling the Salesforce Platform;
Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, platform architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and Salesforce Platform education;
Review / create application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into our infrastructure;
Review and advise on appropriate project / program direction, approach and key artifacts to keep projects on track and solutions extendable and maintainable going forward;
Advise on enterprise level application and custom integration solutions;
Configuration of Salesforce application security and other application development activities;
Assist in difficult support problems;
Identify and pro-actively manage potential risks.
