1. Bachelor degree in computer science, CIS or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
2. 5 years of experience in software development or a related field.
3. 4 years’ experience in database technologies
4. 4 years’ experience in working on projects involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycle(SDLC)
5. Salesforce Certified Developer
6. 5 Years of IT experience development and implementing business systems within an organization
7. 5 years of experience in writing technical documentation in a software development environment
8. 5 years of experience working with source code control systems like Git
9. 5 years of experience in system analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions
10. 5 years of experience developing solutions on salesforce sales cloud and service cloud
11. 5 years of experience developing salesforce platform(APEX, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, Unit Testing)
12. 3 Years’ experience developing custom components using lightning web components and/or Aura
13. 3 Years of experience developing batch jobs, Asynchronous Apex, Process builders and lightning flows.
14. 3 years of experience working in agile environment(Scrum or Kanban)
15. 3 years of experience leading terms with or without direct reports
16. 3 years of experience working on SFDC and/or CI/CD technologies
17. 3 years of experience in working with web services technologies using REST/JSON
18. 3 years of experience with implementing solutions using APEX design patterns
