Responsibilities:
Ability to operate at highly varying levels of abstraction including business strategy, product strategy, technical design, and implementation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills- this role is heavily collaborative
Ability to ask questions to understand the ask along with the why and the value it brings
Provide solution documents that incorporate solution diagrams, assumptions, risk, dependencies and effort
Ability to present solution to stakeholders and IT teams and ensure that development adheres to the solution
Requirements and Qualifications:
Salesforce experienced individual with hands on knowledge of Aura and LWC
Salesforce Service Cloud experience with Mulesoft
Experience leading and mentoring other developers/architects
Salesforce code reviews experience
Healthcare experience is preferred but not required
Agile Methodologies development experienced
Background in Java or Mulesoft preferred
Salesforce certification preferred
