Job Description :
We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a Salesforce Administrator role.
We are seeking skilled and experienced coders, developers, and testers to join our team for the OAG’s System Modernization Project. The ideal candidate should have a strong background creating custom solutions in Salesforce and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks. As a developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing standard Salesforce capabilities of our system by leveraging your expertise to create solutions that streamline processes and improve user experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a project that will shape the future of our organization's systems.

Skills(Required):
  • Proven experience as a Coder and Tester with a focus on JavaScript development.
  • Strong knowledge of native JavaScript, features, and best practices.
  • Experience and/or exposure with Salesforce integration and customization including Flow, LWC, SOQL, and a solid understanding of Salesforce Administration (i.e., governor limits, security, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Experience working with agile sprint teams and in agile development life cycles a must.
  • Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and tools for JavaScript, such as Jest or Mocha.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills working within a team environment.

Skills(Preferred):
  • Bachelor’s degree, certifications, or experience related to coding, testing, or software development preferred.
