Job Description :
Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce. Salesforce certified Admin. Strong Support mindset. Able to triage incidents/tickets on priority and work on them. Expertise in Sales and Service cloud Good experience in interaction with Customers Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging. Strong communication skill is mandatory as this is client facing role Experience in handling encryptions Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
