Job Requirement:
· Manages security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, sharing rules and other setup options
· Prepare data files and uploads the data into Salesforce using the data loader and other 3rd party tools
· Provides technical support, training and backup for the Field Sales force as well as the Customer Service and technical Support teams using Sales and Service Cloud
· Manages a process to deploy updates, enhancements, and new system functionality including the creation of custom objects, custom formulas, scalable triggers, and workflows
· Defines, communicates, and manages a Change Management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications
· Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce.com
· Shares best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support and contributes to the knowledge base
· Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
· Provides the management team with activity dashboards as needed applications and the user interface using Salesforce.com programming languages
· Leads Salesforce user training
Experience / Skills
· Minimum of three years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator on production instance
· Must possess excellent task management and customer communication skills – Verbal & Written
· Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
· Healthcare cloud experience will be preferred
· Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified Must
· Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications preferred
· Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
· Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
· Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
· Strong data management abilities
· A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
· A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
· Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
