Salesforce Admin
Phoenixville, PA
Essential Functions:
Utilize SFDC development tools to Build functionalities within Salesforce
Configure, maintain, administer and enhance the Salesforce CRM platform
Customize business processes within the Salesforce platform in adherence with the division’s specifications
Understand existing integrations with other applications and be able to troubleshoot issues that may arise with those.
Design new Salesforce solutions in response to business needs/challenges and come up with an effective deployment plan
Understand custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, page layouts, and approval processes
Ensure proper documentation throughout the development change management platform including working within JIRA/TFS, tracking and creating change sets, etc.
Implement and manage programming interfaces and custom integrations from a variety of different third-party tools
Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc.
Respond quickly to routine support requests and end user issues
This position reports into the Salesforce Project Manager and has direct reports and indirect reports
This role requires up to 10% travel (internationally/domestically), including overnight stays

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years relevant experience OR associate degree with 7+ years relevant experience OR 9+ years of relevant experience
Working knowledge with Salesforce platform, including Lightning components
Must be both process and technically oriented
Ability to innovate and drive technical solutions and understand the business implications of those solutions
Solid understanding of business processes including the entire quote to cash lifecycle
Ability to understand and govern data structure, syncing/migration of data
Ability to work closely and effectively with Salesforce development, training and implementation personnel
