Position:- Salesforce Admin

Duration:-6 month C2H

Location: Preferably Cleveland, OH; Remote is fine, but must be able to start work by 9:00 a.m. Eastern time zone

Client is seeking a Salesforce.com Administrator with a strong background in the Salesforce and Force.com solutions design, configuration, implementation, administration, and end user support. As a member of the Digital Technology Team, this role is a key enabler of both the company's digital and business strategies.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Work with team to develop and administer Salesforce applications, including daily support, small enhancements, and end user education
  • Engage with business users and technical staff to design, configure, implement, and support solutions on the Salesforce platform using administration best practices
  • Work with users to help resolve system issues, build reports, and redesign business processes
  • Assist project team or business users with bulk data jobs using tools such as Data Loader, DemandTools, and SnapLogic
  • Identify and develop reports and dashboards, and look for opportunities to empower users to advance their reporting skills
  • Perform configuration & release management
  • Maintain documentation of configurations and releases

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Mastery of the declarative capabilities of Salesforce, including security controls (profiles, permission sets, public groups, queues, sharing settings), process automation tools (workflows, flows, process builder), and business application development (custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, record types, apps, tabs)
  • Strong reporting background using standard Salesforce reporting functionality and custom report types; experience with Drawloop a plus
  • Experience with 3rd party apps a plus (DemandTools, Nintex Drawloop, DocuSign, SnapLogic)
  • Formal certifications like Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, etc. are preferable, but not required
  • Administration of Lightning Experience required
  • Understanding of when to employ declarative or custom development (Apex, Visualforce, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce development in a multi-tiered release environment, including hands-on configuration and release management experience
  • Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
