Will consider all Visa's but candidates with visa through 2022.

Product assurance and issue supporting and release execution:
Support the Solution and the business in the prioritization of bug and enhancement requests, and ensure that business users are kept informed on progress
Work with the business on identifying the demands of the business and probe symptoms, identify problems and arrive at solutions. Assist in the release of enhancements and bug fixes through the development and support lifecycle, ensuring an accurate and complete release process is followed, accurate release documentation is maintained, system setup and release execution
Assist and support application configuration
Provide report writing within business applications and 3rd party solutions
Effective communication skills at all levels and Active Listening Skills
Have experience working in Agile/Scrum Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
3 years related experience in understanding Salesforce code for debugging is experience is required
Excellent knowledge working with Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy,
Extensive experience in Salesforce so you can bring your various project work knowledge to this project
Experience with Salesforce such as SAP, IBM and/or database such as SQL/Oracle a plus
Nice to have experience with Integration Tools such as webMethods, Mulesoft, Informatica Broad Experience across the Salesforce platform including Sales and Service Cloud
Experience with all objects: Opportunities, Activities, Tasks, Contacts and Case Object
Solid senior executive and team-level presentation, verbal and written communication, and facilitation skills; Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization; Excellent interpersonal skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong problem solving, communication and relationship building skills
Strong collaboration skills. Works well in a team environment where team members may be distributed (not collocated). Solid multi-tasking skills - concurrent work streams and tasks
JIRA issues updated in advance of the daily scrum
Experience with testing, deploying change sets from sandbox environments, and familiarity with common software development practices
Workflow rules, assignment rules, validation rules * Ability to communicate well with multiple users in a global business requires effective communication skills for interfacing with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization verbally and in writing Demonstrated ability to successfully adapt to a fast-paced working environment, with multiple projects and deadlines using effective organizational and time management skills along with attention to detail.
Be self-sufficient and self-motivated
General programming in APEX knowledge a plus
Salesforce developer and administrator certifications are a plus
