Position Description: The profile is for the position is to manage end to end delivery including Salesforce platform configuration, design, security, functional/integration testing, architecture, minor customization, production support , user training etc. for a digital product in cloud environment.
Position Duties: End to end Product technical and security feature development and management using lean and agile practices (ideation, Rapid Prototyping, Validation, MVP development, Iterative Release management, implementation and support) Ensure the product supports a strong customer and business value proposition from a technical design and security standpoint Continuous collaboration and alignment with Software Engineers, Designers, Product Owners and cross-functional teams Dependencies and blockers resolution Participate and Contribute to agile ceremonies, scoping and planning sessions, product management, solution analysis/validation, risk management, integration management and status reporting etc.
Position Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience At least 5 years’ experience in IT Solution Analysis and Design and/or Architecture Understanding of the technical designs and specifications to ensure they meet the requirements Experience in working with Agile and Lean methodologies including defining and prioritizing product features and working with backlog management tools Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and teamwork skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in business and IT Willing to travel if required Experience with .NET or Java ( including JavaScript) development Salesforce Platform/Technical Skills Required: Development Areas APEX Programming Language Lightning Framework Lightning Component Development Object Oriented Programming Principles App Customization Developer Console Visualforce Development Aura Development Unit Testing Workflow, Process Builder, Flow Builder Change Set and other Deployment Tools (Copado, GearSet etc AppExchange Installation and Enhancements Data/Object Modeling Platforms Sales Cloud (+Field Service Lightning)
