Location: Sunnyvale,CA
Duration: 12+ Months

Responsibilities:

Diagnose intricate software problems, provide solutions and workarounds to ensure the highest level of reliability and availability for Salesforce and native applications.
Perform simple and complex daily administration tasks such as data manipulation, data loading and custom fields.
Proficiency in custom objects, validation rules, workflows, process builder, reporting, assignment rules, email2case, formula fields, lightning experience
Administer the Salesforce database to ensure proper controls and permissions are in place.
Build reports and dashboards to monitor applications and database across applications.
Qualifications:

BS in Computer Science or a related field with 1-3 years of professional experience or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
1+ year(s) experience administering Salesforce in a 50+ person company
Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology
Experience with advanced Salesforce tools (Dev Console / Data Loader / Workbench)
CRM domain knowledge & Any Salesforce Certification
Previous experience with Salesforce CRM and its technologies
Demonstrated experience with Java and related ecosystem (Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat
Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration and analytical skills.
