Title: Sales Force Developer

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
4 years of experience in SalesForce.com project implementation and experience in enterprise level project and regional rollout
Full lifecycle implementation and support, hands on technical knowledge and architecture solutions required
SalesForce.com certifications and good knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform (i.e. Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce Lightning, Integration etc
Experience migrating from Classic to FSC and Lightening
Able to work well in a cross functional environment, effective communication with business users in understanding requirements and providing solutions; provideoverall Salesforce architecture guidance to align with enterprise architecture
Lead Salesforce Support for multiple Business Units managing the support team on site and offshore and actively interacting with Product and Business Partners.
Excellent customer service and eager to help and learn leading edge technologies (SF and other supporting services and components)
Good communication skills; written and verbal
Support experience with multi-channel applications (web, mobile, API, etc
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and/or other methodologies
Experience working on projects in an Agile/XP environment
Experience working effectively with diverse groups around the world, including IT management, technology staff, business partners, consultants, vendors andclients
Leadershipand management background
Independentwork skills
ITILcertification a plus; 24 x 7 firecall support required
