Job Description: Finance Manager (Marketing Sales Finance)

Job Responsibilities:
Lead financing closing and reporting for the National Retail organization, which include review of customer and vendor program agreements, and other internal and external reports
Manage the progress of open marketing programs ensuring the progress amounts are within guidelines of the original approved budget and coordinate with marketing managers to make appropriate budget and contract modifications
Develop marketing program tracking method to assist management and marketing managers in providing financial status of the marketing expenditures
Responsible for managerial and internal use reporting on marketing and sales deduction transactions
Review reasonableness of marketing and sales deduction expense forecast and coordinate with marketing managers and vendors on the marketing expense plan and forecast
Work closely with sales account and marketing teams to collect requirements, analyze information, and develop solutions consistent with business strategies. Including CORES/MDF document creation and MDF/SD payment submission.
Develop and execute marketing expense and sales deduction audits performing process and financial audits, documenting audit findings and implementing of audit recommendations
Manage marketing and sales deduction expense process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current business processes and identification of improvement plan

Following must-haves:
- Detail oriented and highly collaborative individual that is hungry to learn & great w/ numbers; 5-8 years of experience in Sales Finance industry
- Bachelor''s degree is required (preferably in relevant field)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (does not have to be an Excel guru, but must know skills such as pivot, v-lookup, formulas)
- Great audit skills
- A self starter that follows through and navigates through the organizations and its resources, in a highly demanding /fast-paced environment.
