Title: Sales Enablement Digital Content Creator Term: 6 month contract Remote Responsibilities: Title: Sales Enablement Digital Content Creator - Responsible for the digital asset management of the interim SE Content Management System: Reactively and proactively gathers, creates and edits content for a network of SharePoint sites. Ensures content and SharePoint meet governance, meta-tagging, and structure guidelines. Reviews content according to governance standards and works with content owners to ensure content is updated and uploaded to the content management system on time, and expired content is archived appropriately. Assist and advise content creators on the creation of UX copy and site content to drive usage and sales outcomes. Creates and distributes e-newsletters using the SEMCS/SharePoint to inform users of new and updated content on the system/site. Create simple, useful and engaging content to ensure that SE content is easy for CFEs to use through meaningful text, specific terminology, and concise definitions. Support the onboarding and maintenance of a SE Content Management System technology, and migration of SharePoint assets to the new system. Preferred: Build infographics and PowerPoint decks to support sales enablement initiatives. Preferred: Provide basic multimedia editing support for audio and video.
