Avtech Solutions Inc, a US Based Consulting firm HQ in Indianapolis, IN with offices in Chicago, IL has formed a Strategic Alliance with Crayon a Global company Headquartered in Oslo, Norway having over 50 offices in 35 countries, with a global team of accredited experts offering services to plan, right size, optimize, manage, and innovate IT estates throughout the entire lifecycle. Avtech is looking for a results-oriented sales leader to join our team as the Sales Director, IT Staffing - US Region.

Required Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 15+ years Overall IT Exp
  • MIN 5+ years of IT recruiting experience
  • MIN 2+ years of account management
  • MIN 3+ years of staffing experience
  • Produce a business plan for a 90-day period, follow the plan and meet your goals
  • Ability to source, qualify and identify both candidates and clients
  • Ability to lead a new division and ultimately have 2-3 recruiters to manage
  • Must be high energy with a positive attitude
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in technology and confidence in speaking to leaders of large-scale IT organizations.
  • Resourceful in harnessing market intelligence and savvy in social media trends.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients on-site at their offices or at social events.
  • Understand client business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to provide proactive workforce planning
  • Create and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients
  • Expand client base through networking and cold-calling with new contacts in assigned territory, developing relationships and partnerships
  • The role requires self-motivated, career-oriented individuals with excellent problem-solving skills, a competitive nature and a dynamic personality.
  • Develop client relationships and maintain/manage existing accounts for our contract staffing and direct placement solutions.
  • Initiate calls and in-person meetings with mid-to-senior level managers to grow our business and provide responsive, proactive service.
  • Provide deep client insight when collaborating with Avtech recruiters to ensure candidates are an ideal fit for their business and cultural requirements.
  • Uphold Avtech's standards of service excellence when presenting candidates for client review.
  • Solicit constructive client feedback to determine candidates' viability.
  • Solidify Avtech's presence in the market through consistent outreach and participation in industry events.
