Job Description :

We are seeking a Sales Analyst to analyze sales data, track performance, and provide actionable insights to support revenue growth. The Sales Analyst will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to improve forecasting, strategy, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline, and revenue trends

  • Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports

  • Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and target setting

  • Track KPIs such as conversion rates, win/loss, and deal cycle time

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness

  • Work with sales teams to understand data needs and business challenges

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of sales data across systems

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to sales leadership


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a related role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker

  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis

  • Experience working with sales operations or revenue teams
