We are seeking a Sales Analyst to analyze sales data, track performance, and provide actionable insights to support revenue growth. The Sales Analyst will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to improve forecasting, strategy, and operational efficiency.
Analyze sales performance, pipeline, and revenue trends
Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports
Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and target setting
Track KPIs such as conversion rates, win/loss, and deal cycle time
Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
Work with sales teams to understand data needs and business challenges
Ensure accuracy and consistency of sales data across systems
Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to sales leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker
Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
Experience working with sales operations or revenue teams
