Job Description :
Responsibilities:
Administration and support of SailPoint IIQ products.
Utilizing knowledge of Oracle databases and their interaction with Operating System to support our IDM platform.
Planning and executing ITIL activities for incidents, problems, changes and enhancements.
Ability to create, plan and execute advanced IAM trainings and independently drive proof of concepts involving emerging IAM technologies.
Troubleshoot and support IAM tools SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Advanced documentation and presentation skills and well versed with SDLC processes.
Administration and support of Identity Manager products and Java language.
Utilizing knowledge of UNIX with basic scripting skills for platform support.

Job Qualifications
8+ years of overall IT experience.
3+ years of IAM experience (IIQ, Identity integrations, including one or more of Active Directory, LDAP, and other cloud/federated Identity Management systems
Any Java experience is a plus.
Experience in administration and support of SailPoint IIQ products.
Troubleshoot and support IAM tools SailPoint IdentityIQ, and CyberArk.
Experience with PowerShell and SQL queries.
Exposure to process frameworks and methodologies.
Bachelor s degree in a technical field.
