Establish best practices, standards, and guidelines for automation development and deployment. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements. Finalize automation platform/ strategy for the requirement and produce high level Design Maintain and optimize existing automation bots. Ensure adherence to security policies and best practice compliance in automation development. Technical & Functional Skills Must-Have Hands-on experience with multiple Automation technologies especially UiPath and Power Automate Architecture experience for the solutions Familiarity with REST/JSON APIs, SQL, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Experience with bot deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good-to-Have Experience working with 3rd party vendors and OEMs. Understanding of contracts and SLAs.
