RPA QA and Support Consultant

Houston, TX

Long Term

  • Experienced in RPA production support and Testing a robot solution using UIPath.
  • Expertise in Excel, SQL, screen scrape, OCR and UIPath support tools
  • Define/Follow Client Production Support (L1, L2 and L3) support strategies
  • Work closely with developers and takeover BOT maintenance activities after hypercare
  • Lead the test activities/tools to verify that the solution is developed according to the agreed-upon acceptance criteria for features and user stories
  • Perform RCA for failures and fix minor bugs in production.
  • Monitor Termination / Failure of Bots and take corrective actions
  • Raise incident for abnormal Termination / Failure & follow up till closure
  • Manage multiple BOTs based on the processing volumes
  • Periodic health check of robotic resources
  • Participate in all Scrum Ceremonies (standup, sprint planning, review and retrospective meeting)
