RPA QA and Support Consultant

Houston, TX

Long Term

Experienced in RPA production support and Testing a robot solution using UIPath.
Expertise in Excel, SQL, screen scrape, OCR and UIPath support tools
Define/Follow Client Production Support (L1, L2 and L3) support strategies
Work closely with developers and takeover BOT maintenance activities after hypercare
Lead the test activities/tools to verify that the solution is developed according to the agreed-upon acceptance criteria for features and user stories
Perform RCA for failures and fix minor bugs in production.
Monitor Termination / Failure of Bots and take corrective actions
Raise incident for abnormal Termination / Failure & follow up till closure
Manage multiple BOTs based on the processing volumes
Periodic health check of robotic resources
Participate in all Scrum Ceremonies (standup, sprint planning, review and retrospective meeting)
