Job Description:
· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or related work experience
· 15+ years of work experience in software development and implementation.
· He/she will bring in expertise in Process Analysis/consulting
· Will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and providing solution design for potential automation solutions
· Expert in conducting process assessment sessions/workshops with a wide range of audience
· Collaborate with the Technical Architect to design and conceptualize the solution
· Ability to document the current state As-Is process and the To-Be process post automation
· Work with the technical resources like Solution Architect and Developers to plan out the technical solution and manage its development, implementation and support
· Expert in process documentation
· Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
· Excellent Management skills to manage a number of projects simultaneously.
