Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RPA Architect Lead Specialist to guide and oversee the design, development, and implementation of robotic process automation solutions across enterprise environments. This role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, define architectural standards, lead automation strategy, and ensure successful deployment and maintenance of RPA platforms and solutions.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on expertise with leading RPA tools, strong experience in enterprise-scale automation transformation, and the ability to mentor development teams while engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end RPA solution architecture, including requirements analysis, design, development standards, and implementation strategy.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to identify and evaluate automation opportunities and automation roadmap planning.

  • Define architectural standards, best practices, and governance models for RPA solutions.

  • Lead RPA development teams and provide technical oversight, code reviews, and guidance for complex automations.

  • Evaluate new automation technologies, AI/ML integration, chatbot frameworks, and analytics capabilities to enhance automation maturity.

  • Ensure RPA platform scalability, security, reliability, and performance optimization.

  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, design diagrams, process maps, and automation frameworks.

  • Manage integration approaches with APIs, databases, ERP systems, and external platforms.

  • Oversee deployment, testing, and support of automation workflows across environments.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for RPA tools and automation technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12+ years of IT experience with at least 6 8 years specifically in RPA technologies and automation architecture.

  • Advanced expertise with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent.

  • Strong experience designing scalable enterprise automation solutions including attended, unattended, and cognitive automations.

  • Proven experience with solution architecture, process re-engineering, and automation strategy leadership.

  • Working knowledge of AI/ML capabilities, OCR technologies (ABBYY, Document Understanding, or similar), and intelligent automation.

  • Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as C#, .NET, Python, Java, VBScript, SQL, or similar.

  • Expertise in integration using APIs, web services, and messaging platforms.

  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines for automation deployment.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to lead multiple teams, manage timelines, and support cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience in Agile methodologies and enterprise software project delivery.
