Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 8-10 Years Technical/Functional Skills • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Rockwell Automation (PMX & FTPS) Pharma MES (Manufacturing Execution System) in pharma manufacturing industries. • Must have good understanding of Batch Manufacturing records. • IT experience in the area of the analysis, design and development of Application programming, Product implementation, functional testing, multi-site rollout and support • Must have excellent knowledge of information exchange between MES application (Level-3 and various other systems such as Control systems, ERP, LIMS • Must be familiar with S88 hierarchies mapping • Thorough knowledge and understanding of validation requirements in a GxP (cGMP) facility and Software Development Lifecycle Approach (Waterfall and Agile • Well versed with the Pharma domain – terminology & industry standards • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to Sr. Management and global health authorities. • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, team building and communication skills to ensure effective collaborations within matrix teams. • Excellent oral and written communication as well as analytical and interpersonal skills Experience Required • Minimum 8+ years’ experience of FTPS multi-site • Experience of working in Agile and SAFE Process Roles & Responsibilities • Understanding Business Requirements - Site readiness assessments • Requirement Analysis, Requirement Specification • Communications and communications planning • Sponsor roadmaps and activities, change management training for key stakeholders at the sites, • Data collection / feedback loops • Provide MES business solutions- Rockwell FTPS/FTPC implementation • Stakeholder Requirements coordination • Recipe authoring team coordination • Business Process Improvement, Process Flow documentation • Change management • Validation Documentation • User training Generic Managerial Skills • Must be able to provide guidance on best practice and help resolve technical challenges related to the development of the FTPS EBRs Education • Any Start date (dd-mmm-yy) • 1-May-2020 Duration of assignment (in Months) • Long term (18+ Months) Work Location (State, City and Zip) • Peapack, NJ
