Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Robotics Engineer Lead Specialist to drive the design, development, and implementation of advanced robotic systems. In this leadership role, you will guide engineering teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure that robotics solutions meet both technical requirements and business objectives. This role requires hands-on expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and testing of robotic systems, including mechanical, electrical, and software components.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, establish project plans, and deliver innovative robotics solutions.

  • Oversee the integration of robotic systems into existing processes, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and safety.

  • Mentor and guide engineering teams, providing technical leadership and fostering professional growth.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and prototyping to validate designs and optimize performance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in robotics hardware and software.

  • Maintain awareness of emerging robotics technologies, trends, and industry standards to drive innovation.

  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and organizational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in robotics engineering, including leadership or senior specialist roles.

  • Strong expertise in robotics design, control systems, automation, and sensor integration.

  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in robotics (e.g., Python, C++, ROS).

  • Experience with CAD software and mechanical design for robotic systems.

  • Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems in robotics applications.

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams in complex projects.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of safety standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices in robotics.
