Summary of Job Description: * Support SAP Time Management and SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration based on business requirements. * Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and assist in preparing functional design documents (FDDs), test plans, and test execution. * Collaborate with the team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help resolve functional defects. * Participate in weekly status review calls with the client and internal teams. * Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and work closely with technical and integration teams. * Adhere to Project timelines, documentation standards, and change management processes.
