The Position
iD Tech is looking for a methodical and solution-driven Requirements Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between developers, project stakeholders, and users by documenting requirements and detailed technical specifications. This position may work out of iD Tech’s main office in Campbell, CA or telecommute.
The Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain & validate detailed requirements and/or specifications related to internal systems
- Review requirements with stakeholders and developers to gain consensus before development starts
- Work with Sr. Analysts to assist in managing scope, schedule and quality of projects
- Verify test cases written by QA Engineers for accuracy and consistency with documentation
- Showcase project deliverables to stakeholders
The Qualifications
- Related university degree or college diploma required and/or an acceptable equivalent of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of technical writing experience
- Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and Jira
- Understanding of SQL databases is preferred
- Experience with Bolt or another content management system and website user experience is preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask and support multiple project initiatives according to deadlines
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based environment
