Position:- Tealium CDP Developer
Location: Wilmington, Delaware
Skills:
Work with Omnichannel Implementation Leaders to understand and deliver upon Omnichannel campaign execution demand.
Attend GDCI Omnichannel BAU Demand intake Technical Assessments to review User Stories and discuss User journeys, channels, vendors, badges, integrations and activations.
Understand Omnichannel campaign business requirements related to content, audience, cadence and campaign test/control through effective and consistent ways of working with Omnichannel Leaders and GCO.
Tealium AudienceStream application set-up:
o Set up Dashboards and Discover graphs to afford Leader monitoring and strategy evaluation.
o Coordinate and audit data source (inbound data/visitor use) and offline imports.
o Program the Business Rules within the Attributes to create Badges (visitor attributes)
o Build User Journeys, by audience, using badges and events and by mapping attributes to connector settings.
o Set up TRACE for testing and spot check monitoring
Develop Data Exchange requirements, for multiple channels, to ensure data flows into and out of Tealium for campaign delivery.
Consult on Omnichannel campaign logic and MCRM workflow in Stage and Production environments.
Lead stand-up status/coordination calls at least once per week or ad hoc.
Identify project risks and contribute to the development of options and plans to manage those risks to ensure successful execution of overall Brand campaigns.
