Skills:
Strong knowledge in Tableau is a MUST and in delivering data & analytics solutions using aws infrastructure and services such as Redshift, Glue, Athena, SageMaker, S3, EC2, Kinesis, RDS, TensorFlow etc.
Deep understanding and knowledge of data and metrics related to Clinical Development and Operations is very important
An active listener with the demonstrated ability to proactively and confidently engage with global key stakeholders to gain an understanding of the evolving business needs, develop and recommend innovative and cost-effective reporting solutions with user experience in mind is essential
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coach/ explain technology-related tips and tricks to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and resolve conflicts.
Demonstrated ability and experience in managing system and source integrations, external APIs, web services
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight periodic reporting deadlines.
Excellent communicator, both written and oral, to act as a cross-functional business partner.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships in a diverse organization.
