We have an requirement for below position.

Position:- Operation Analyst ( Production Support and Testing Background )
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Skills:
4-6 years’ experience of working with Investment Management clients
Hands on experience / prod support on EAGLE application
Ongoing production support (release management – enhancements and bug fixes) and admin support is must
Platform migration: Manage the daily operations activities and deliverables commitments, while client staff works on the new version testing/migration of EAGLE upgrade
UAT design and execution: Co-ordinate and perform test execution and defect management: Step wise execution, test script maintenance and result documentation
Preparation of business requirement documents (BRD) and test scenarios
Program management of the migration process with proven frameworks and best practices from various implementations
