Role: Salesforce Lead
Location:- Portland, OR
Skills:-
Work as on onshore/offshore coordinator. Easily/confidently understand client’s needs, and be able to translate those needs to an offshore team
Communicate both ways – so the offshore team understands what client is working on, what is needed from them, by when, etc.
Handle queries from the offshore team back to clients teams, and generally just ensure smooth communication between onshore and offshore, despite the time zone difference and remote-ness of never working together face to face
Understand enough about development to get that job done
Experience in Salesforce development and implementation skills with good command on Apex, controllers and extensions, triggers, batch processes and APIs
A technical background as software developer with strong .NET programming skills (Nice to have)
Thorough understanding on the life cycle development including Salesforce deployment/packaging effectively using Metadata API, Changeset and Ant
Developing and consuming web services (SOAP & REST integration experience)
Hands-on development for customization and integration, Experience with middleware integration solutions
Possess strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality and configuration capabilities
Understanding of best practices in Salesforce application design, knowledge of development/coding standards and best practices in VF/Apex and governor limits
Strong team player and leader with excellent interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodologies and processes
