Position:- EDI SME/ Tech Analyst – Managed market life science / Pharma
Location: Remote

Skills:
Be a key subject matter expert and resource for team of biopharma data analysts and technology experts delivering data management and analytics solutions to commercial stage biopharma companies
§ Utilize biopharmaceutical distribution data knowledge design and implement solutions.
o Specific requirements include:
Expert knowledge of 14 types of distribution data:
ü Customer Data
ü Ship-To Data
ü Shipment Details
ü Inventory
ü Snapshot
ü Daily Lot
ü Movement
ü Invoice
ü Daily Orders
ü General Ledger
ü Cash Receipts
ü Applied
ü Transactions
ü Returns Details
ü Chargeback Details
ü 852 Data
ü 867 Data
O EDI transactions for distribution data validation and quality rules, and verification processes such as a “Bank Statement” check taking direct sales to distributor is equal to shipments plus inventory
o Ability to design and communicate to stakeholders the processes for restatement and reconciliation
o Account hierarchies including ship to, parent, GPO/ IDN
o Key performance indicators and common business use cases
o Prepping data for commercial use cases including deduplication of movement amongst warehouses
o Expert knowledge of data, analytics and insights used by pharmaceutical executives to drive commercial strategy and guide tactical activities
? Core responsibilities include leading the efforts for gathering and documenting requirements, defining and analyzing business rules, impact analysis, data validation rules, ensuring quality and communicating with the client and internal stakeholders
? Position requires strong client-facing communication skills across verbal, written and presentation means, and a proven ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
? Maintain focus on delivering value to the client while delivering on time
? Perform data analysis to support data management application and to analytics inquiries
? Lead and drive project management activities by providing clear and concise status updates to external and internal stakeholders including senior management
? Continually improve our offering through products enhancement recommendations and process improvements

Competencies:
? Established subject matter expert in pharmaceutical distribution data
? Proven quantitative skill set including experience with data and/or analytics in academic or professional setting
?Ability to thrive and lead in a team-oriented environment
?Combination of business, technical and analytical (data mining/ AI) skill sets
?Strong problem-solving skills
?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
?Ability to work with common project administration technologies and processes

Education & Experience:
? 8-10 year business analytics or consulting experience
?Relevant academic or professional experience
?Life sciences and data analysis exposure is required
?Experience with Data Mining or Analytics is required
?Working knowledge of common business software application is required
