As an onsite tech lead the associate should be responsible for below activities
Must Have: .Net Web API, .Net Core, AD Authentication/Authorization, SQL, Unit Testing automation, Dependency Injection
Should be capable enough to understand the existing architecture and business functionalities of the application
Architect analyze the business requirements design and develop complex business solutions for microservices based distributed application
Guide and mentor offshore team on technical front
Gather articulate and come up with technical stories based on the business needs
Be proactive on risk assessment mitigation plan and first point of contact to the customer from teams perspective
Should have sufficient knowledge in analyzing logging tools performance tools and narrow down the issues quickly
Having sufficient knowledge in CICD tools
Having good knowledge on Agile Scrum methodologies
Communicating and Coordinating with multiple teams Scrum of Scrum calls and adapt to the Agile environment
