Business Solutions Analyst

Type : :Long Term Contract

Location : Sacramento, California(Remote)

MOI : Phone/Skype

Required : 

Need candidate who is able to give official references they will have to fill the references form

Candidate must have experience with any California State agencies.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

5 yrs experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. 

3 years of that experience must have been in systems analysis and design.

5 years of FTE experience conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.

5 years of experience producing requirements documents and procedural manuals.

5 years of FTE experience developing use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis to help create and validate business requirements.

5 years of experience collaborating with Business and IT to translate business requirements into functional specifications, and data mapping documentation.

5 years of FTE experience creating test plans, test strategies, and creating and executing test scripts.

5 years of experience writing technical design documents and creating technical process flows.

5 years of FTE experience in each:

Documenting and providing training/knowledge transfer

Business best practices

Management of complex business change

2 years of FTE experience with Agile/SCRUM system development methodologies.

Experience of analysing and supporting n-tier applications including both custom and commercial applications on the Microsoft platform.

Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio & Excel.

Experience in using JIRA.

Experience in Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AD) and administration tools.
