Role: Application Support Analyst

Location: Austin, TX , no remote option

Duration : C2H/FTE


Job Description:



  Serve as a debugging expert across platforms and products and teach other Specialists about new logs, tools, etc. in order to improve efficiency and workflows


b.            Communicate effectively with PDS in order to improve on the ground engagement quality with cross-functional partners


c.             Audit potential Continuous Push blocking issues and determine severity, escalating to PDS and Release Engineering


d.            Identify, build out and conduct on-site technical training and shadowing opportunities across the team in order to improve the team's technical debugging


e.      Troubleshoot Java application



a.             At least three years of work experience


b.            Experience leading teams and/or experience working with multiple stakeholders and leadership


c.             Bachelor’s preferred rather than optional




a.             Associate or technical degree


b.            Experience using social media products




a.             Excellent written and verbal communication skills


b.            Ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment


c.             Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills


d.            Ability to understand and parse internal tooling and logging


e.             Ability to bring along/teach others who don't have a more technical background


f.             Java ,GIT ; Javascript/PHP knowledge is nice to have.
