Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with SAP ERP on premise
• Strong Experience on CPI for SuccessFactors EC integration
• Working Knowledge of BIB is preferred
• Experience in running Business Requirement/ Blue Print sessions with proper documentation
• Expertise with SAP ABAP HR development with min 5+ years of experience including HR Renewal.
• Well versed with SAP HCM knowledge in OM/PA, Benefits, ECM, Payroll and Time module including (but not limited to) Payroll and Time Schema changes.
• Should be able to do SAP HCM configuration changes if needed.
• Extensive experience ABAP Object Oriented Programming, ABAP WebDynpro, ALE, IDOC, BADI, BAPI and OData
• Experience in SAP BTP overall preferred.
• Extensive application support background, with experience in managing priorities and workloads and coordinating the resolution.
• Knowledge of SAP support methodologies and tools
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience in designing/architecting complex solutions
• Excellent in documenting specification and technical solutions.
