Title: Salesforce Architect
Duration: 4 + Months Contract
Location: Remote
Notes from Call: Current team members will spend their focus on major Marketplace Project (transferring a lot of data, updating platforms to transition Marketplace as its own LLC), so they need someone to come in and focus on Salesforce sprint work, work tickets, add value, someone more junior, supporting commercial org, some work w/Marketo, MapAnything, work with some developers to work with best replacement tool for MapAnything, how using it today and look at competitive tools to replace it, help w/everything support is delivering on (PWC is working on that)….recommend some tools (Realzips), etc.
This person will have to know Salesforce best practices – the current team has been trying to implement processes w/zero architecture oversight – they had rebuilt contracting architecture, combined tons of process builders, for opportunities, should really only have 1 process builder per object, this person will design solutions and sign off on recommended solutions from developers. CPQ, contracting module (CONGA), contracting process (Coupa), this person should also have some development experience
Job Description:
The Salesforce Technical Architect will have the responsibility to define the system architecture, ensuring solutions align with the product Roadmap and existing processes for each impacted team, and working on a team to define, document, and enforce Indigo’s Salesforce design methodologies. This role will build deep relationships with the product team, business team, and technology team and facilitate collaboration between these teams.
The candidate must also be analytical and adept at working in a team environment. The ability to prioritize multiple projects and effectively partner with stakeholders to drive the business forward is key.
