The client has a need for a technical resource who is able to support FSM technical environments, perform sysadmin, etc.
More specifically, our client is short of resources who can setup and configure environments, tenants, ensure that new code/config fixes are applied to the relevant environments, etc. It would also be desirable for such a person to be able to guide client personnel to be able to do this themselves (essentially providing knowledge transfer) and to document procedures in a manner that a less experienced person could follow and perform themselves.
