Job Description :

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of developers in the implementation of .NET projects.
Design and develop software applications using C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Servers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver effective solutions.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving technical issues as they arise.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology.
Proven track record of at least 4 years in development with C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Servers.
Solid understanding of .NET web framework and related technologies.

Technical Skills & Experience

Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, RESTful Web Services, SQL, and database management.
Strong knowledge of web application development, cloud technologies, and version control systems.
Hands-on experience with software design, debugging, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated analytical abilities to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
Excellent teamwork and client-facing skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in conducting project review meetings and providing updates to remote teams.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise interactions.
