Job Description :

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of developers in the implementation of .NET projects.
  • Design and develop software applications using C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Servers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving technical issues as they arise.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology.
  • Proven track record of at least 4 years in development with C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Servers.
  • Solid understanding of .NET web framework and related technologies.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, RESTful Web Services, SQL, and database management.
  • Strong knowledge of web application development, cloud technologies, and version control systems.
  • Hands-on experience with software design, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated analytical abilities to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent teamwork and client-facing skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in conducting project review meetings and providing updates to remote teams.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise interactions.
  • Background in the Healthcare Industry is a plus.
  • Desire to excel in a dynamic Global delivery environment.
